In the current climate the amount of content advising children, young people and families on how to manage their mental health and wellbeing may be overwhelming. The spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) has not only influenced the way we manage our lives on a day to day basis, but also how we interact with services and access help and support. It can be challenging getting used to spending more time at home looking after family and friends, alongside looking after your own mental health and wellbeing.

Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for families to find the resources they need to support them during this time. This page contains reliable content that will continuously be updated throughout this challenging time, ranging from videos, to activities for children, advice for parents/carers and Government guidance. The content is categorised according where they sit within the needs-based groupings of the THRIVE Framework for system change (Wolpert et al., 2019).
