WorryTree helps you to take control of your worries, transform your thoughts and feel better, using proven Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques.
Take a moment of calm with our sensory practices and then use our simple journaling tools to record and manage your worries and anxious thoughts. WorryTree will support you through the problem-solving process - helping you make a plan to deal with your worry or anxiety, or find in-the-moment ways to mindfully refocus your attention.
WorryTree is built by worriers, for worriers. We’re a family-run UK business whose mission is to help other people who suffer from similar excessive worry and generalized anxiety to create new thinking habits and feel better.
