Had this app for over a year now and I really like I can track my anxiety and all the self help tools. I’m going to school for nursing and living by myself so things get overwhelming but this app helps me put things in order and relax for a few minutes. I can see things from a clearer point of view.

I like this app because it has a lot of resources to get the right help such as a few picture games for beautiful views and websites to look at. Plus they allow you to record your daily emotions and record certain triggers to help you better understand yourself.
