Service Information

As CWPs, we are skilled to deliver low-level interventions to children, young people, and their families, based on a type of therapy called Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). We help young people understand their feelings better, using evidenced-based strategies. This means the strategies we recommend are supported by extensive research showing the help we provide is successful in helping young people and their families cope with their difficulties.

We deliver individual sessions to young people 12+ for mild-moderate difficulties such as anxiety and low mood.

For younger children (ages 5-11) we support parents through 1:1 parent-led interventions for child anxiety or challenging behaviour.
