What is it?

No Panic offers advice, support, recovery programs and help for people living with phobias, OCD and any other anxiety-based disorders.

The Helpline is open every day from 10am – 10pm every day of the year. It is staffed by trained volunteers.

During the night hours, the crisis message is played. The crisis message is a recorded breathing exercise that can help you through a panic attack and help you learn diaphragmatic breathing. You can also access the crisis message 24hrs a day by calling 01952 680835

The Helpline is busiest during the first hour of each shift and the last hour of the last shift of night.

No Panic also offers email support. You can use this as an alternative to the Helpline.

Emails will be responded to within two working days where possible. You can email sarah@nopanic.org.uk or use the ‘Leave us a message’ option in the right hand corner of the website.

No Panic also has a Youth Helpline. This is a special helpline for young people under the age of 18. This helpline is available Mon/Tues/Wed/Fri 3pm-6pm, Thurs: 3pm-8pm, and Sat: 6pm-8pm by ringing 0330 606 1174.

How can I access it?

Ring 0300 7729844 to connect to the No Panic Helpline, which is available every day from 10am - 10pm.

Ring 0330 606 1174 to connec to the Youth Helpline, which is available on/Tues/Wed/Fri 3pm-6pm, Thurs: 3pm-8pm, and Sat: 6pm-8pm.
