Description
The Bridge Renewal Trust is a community-based charity that works to reduce health inequalities; build stronger communities and improve the quality of life of the people of Haringey.
They make a difference by delivering the following services and projects:
- Complementary Health Clinic
- Community Empowerment Programmes, like Home from Hospital and Health@theHut
- Volunteer Centre Haringey
- Community facilities, like Laurels Healthy Living Centre, Chestnuts Community Centre and Bridge Community Hut
